Welcome to the "HBBYQC" online store (hereinafter referred to as "this platform")! This platform is operated by a company registered in the United States, with its address at 647 State Route 18 Ste I, East Brunswick, NJ 08816, USA. The following terms (including other rules published by the platform) are legal agreements between you and this platform regarding the use of this service. Please read them carefully. If you use the services of this platform, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1、 Service Overview
Service content: This platform provides users with online sales services for department store products, covering categories such as clothing, home furnishings, electronic products, etc. (specific to the platform display), mainly targeting users in Europe and America.
Service activation time: This platform will officially operate online store services from June 29, 2015.
2、 User Rights and Obligations
Registration and login: Users need to register an account through their mobile phone number (+1 2347165843) or email (elma@gxids.com) to ensure the authenticity and validity of their information.
Orders and Payment:
Users need to confirm the product information, shipping address, and payment method when placing an order. The order will take effect after being confirmed by this platform.
After successful payment, the goods will be delivered to the designated address in Europe and America according to the logistics rules announced by the platform (delivery to other regions is not currently supported).
 Return and exchange policy:
If there is a quality issue with the product, the user needs to apply for a return or exchange through the customer service channel (see "Contact Information" below) within 7 days after receiving the product. After verification and confirmation, the process can be completed.
 For returns and exchanges that are not related to quality issues, it is necessary to ensure that the product is unused and the packaging is intact. The specific details shall be subject to the "Return Rules".
3、 Platform Rights and Obligations
Products and Prices: The platform has the right to adjust the prices and inventory of products based on market conditions, and the final selling price of products shall be based on the order settlement page.
Intellectual Property: The intellectual property rights such as trademarks, product images, and text descriptions on the platform belong to our company and cannot be used without authorization.
Security guarantee: The platform will take technical measures to ensure the security of user information, but the platform will not be held responsible for losses caused by force majeure, user's own fault, etc.
